Seismic investigation for the characterisation of rock, weathering profile, and potential faulting to assist in the assessment of existing foundation as well as proposed new foundation construction to facilitate the design of the planned Saddle Dam.

Depth of investigation up to 50m.

The investigation was carried out in particularly challenging terrain, e.g., very steep slopes (access limitation), and operating concurrently with drilling campaign as well as accommodating water valves operations. These required careful planning and efficient liaison with the client representative.
