Geophysical investigation for foundation assessment of compressor at the pump station. The investigation was to determine the shear wave velocity (Vs) of the sands underlying the air compressor skid.

Due to the limited space available and hindering existing structures, various array geometries and seismic source frequencies were deployed to obtain the optimum data outcome.

Results included 1D and 2D gridding, and development of Dynamic Modulus (Poisson’s ratio, Young’s and Shear Modulus)
